THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MODEL FOR USING LOCAL LEARNING RESOURCES TO DEVELOP MATHEMATICAL SKILLS OF MATHAYOMSUKSA 1 STUDENTS AT KEANG KRACHAN WITTAYA SCHOOL PHETCHABURI SECONDARY ENDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) develop a model for using local learning resources to develop mathematical process skills of Mathayomsuksa 1 students. 2) Studying the results from utilizing the implicated model to improve mathematical process skills of Mathayomsuksa1 students at Kaeng Krachan Wittaya School under the Phetchaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The results showed that 1. The structural model and guidelines in implementing local learning resources to improve Mathayomsuksa1 students at Kaengkrachan Wittaya School mathematical process skills consist of 6 development called PCILEI stages; Step 1 Planning (P=Planning) Step 2 Coordination (C=Coordinate) Step 3 Learning Management (I=Instructional) Step 4 Linking knowledge to the world (L=linked to global) Step 5 Examination, monitoring and measurement of learning management evaluation. (E=Evaluation) and Step 6 Improvement and development (I=Improve development). 2. The results of using the local learning resources model to develop mathematical process skills of Mathayomsuksa1 students at Kaengkrachan Wittaya School after using the local learning resources model students who are the target group had mathematical process skills in problem solving as a whole with a 29.44 percent increase in learning progress, and an increase in reasoning process skills as a whole.  27.36 percent, and the overall linking process skills have an increase in learning progress, representing 28.19 percent.
