Abstract

            Working from home (Work from home) is working from any location. which is a new lifestyle that is different from the past Until becoming a practice that many people are familiar with from the situation during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 outbreak, it shows that in the future, work from home is likely to increase. Many experts predict that after the outbreak of COVID-19 Unwind, most people are working from home. Particularly, people in Generation Y (Gen Y) aged between 21 and 41 years old use the Internet for 11 hours and 52 minutes per day as a result of working from home (Work from home). Therefore, Gen Y is an interesting age group as it is the highest proportion of the population in Thailand compared to the Generation in which Gen Y people were born in the midst of rapid technological changes. However, managing Gen Y people still has some challenges because Gen Y people have high independence. Causing the human resources department of that company to find guidelines or policies to manage Gen Y people, whether it is keeping this group of people satisfied in the organization in order to reduce the turnover rate. It also helps to attract this group of people to be interested in joining the organization.
