DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION GROUPS IN ACCORDANC WITH AGRICULYURE CLEAN STANDARDS SALAWAN PROVINE, LAO PDR

Abstract

            Development of agricultural production groups according to the Salawan Agricultural Standards Lao PDR. The objective of this study was to study the operating conditions of farmers groups according to Agricultural Clean Standards. and to study the guidelines for the development of farmers' operations according to the Salawan Agricultural Clean Standards Lao PDR. It is a mixed research which is a quantitative research by questioning. and qualitative research by interviewing. The sample group consisted of 186 people, 15 key informants. The statistical analysis of the data were mean, percentage, standard deviation, and content analysis.The research findings were as follows: Operating conditions of farmers' groups according to the Salawan Agricultural Clean Standards Lao PDR, as a whole, has been operating at a high level. The management model understands the system to allocate profit back to members. In terms of values, farmers groups participated in activities organized by the community and the government. On the strategic side, there were consultations to resolve the obstacles. In terms of organizational structure, there is a clear separation of duties and responsibilities. In terms of operating systems, the minutes of meetings are kept up-to-date. As for the benchmark, farmers groups have access to external funding sources. In terms of skills for executive directors, there is skill development.
