GUIDELINES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PARTICIPATORY MANAGEMENT ACCORDING TO THE STANDARDS OF THE NATIONAL EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTER UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION IN UDON THANI PROVINCE.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the current state and problems of participatory management according to the standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center in Child Development Centers. under the local administrative organization in Udon Thani province; 2) to propose a guideline for the development of participatory management according to the standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center in Child Development Centers. under the local administrative organization in Udon Thani province and 3) To assess the participatory management development approach according to the standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center in Child Development Centers. under the local administrative organization in Udon Thani province. The target group were 227 teachers and educational in the academic year 2021 by using a specific selection. by using the interview form and record form as a tool for education.The results of the research were as follows:1. Results of a study of participatory management according to the standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center in Child Development Centers. under the local administrative organization in Udon Thani Province, all 5 aspects were at a high level. 2. A Study of Guidelines for Participatory Administrative Development According to National Early Childhood Development Institute Standards in Child Development Centers under the local administrative organization in Udon Thani province, consisting of 3 standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center and management with participation in 5 aspects.3. Evaluation results of participatory management development guidelines according to the standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center in Child Development Centers under the jurisdiction of a local administrative organization in Udon Thani province, 3 standards, the most interpreted value.
