STRATEGIES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EARLY CHILDHOOD CURRICULA IN MULTICULTURAL. AREA BAN JADEEKHO SCHOOL

Abstract

The purpose of this independent study was to 1) analyze strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and outcomes; and 3) study the results of the trial and transcription of early childhood curriculum management strategies in the multicultural area of Ban Jadeekho School. The Three - Step Approach to The research is 1) Analysis of Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, And outcomes; The informant group includes school administrators. Academic Teacher, Early Childhood Teacher Basic education committee and parents 17 persons 2) Study of the results of strategy creation. And 3) Study of trial results and transcript results. Using Action research, the informant group includes school administrators, academic teachers, early childhood teachers. In step 2, The study of the results of creating a strategy to collect research data by an assessment to check the suitabillty. The research tool uses assessments, And each step uses interviews. Focus groups research tools use strategies manuals, Projects/Activities, Interview forms. Focus group issues and data analysis use content analysis.

 The results showed that The research findings revealed the following: 1.Environmental Analysis Results: 1)Strengths: The school serves as a foundation for cultural and vocational learning. School administrators, teachers, and staff promote and support the quality development of early childhood education. 2) Opportunities: The community has a rich multicultural heritage, lives together peacefully, and supports educational management. 3) Inspirations: School administrators and teachers have faith in their profession and promote diverse learning management to reintegrate children into the early childhood education system. They aim to develop the school into a community learning center. 4) Outcomes: Reflects community participation, instilling the culture, lifestyle, and tribal traditions of the community. 2.Strategy Development and Evaluation Results : 1)Strategy Development: Includes the development of a participatory management system in a multicultural area, early childhood education management strategies based on multicultural ways, and strategies to promote public relations for community learning exchanges in a multicultural context. 2)Strategy Evaluation: The strategies were found to be highly appropriate. 3.Strategy Implementation and Lessons Learned: Implemented through action research consisting of : Planning  Action  Observation  Reflection Lessons Learned: The administration resulted from the participation of all sectors in the multicultural area. The multicultural early childhood curriculum was developed and practically applied. The community was informed to build a mutual understanding in the multicultural area.
