Abstract
This research article aims 1) to study the level of success factors in leadership, organizational atmosphere and the organizational structure of teachers and school administrators at Mueang Samut Prakan 2) to study the level of perfomance of teachers and school administrators concerning professional learning community at Mueang Samut Prakan and 3) to study the influence of success factors that affect the perfomance of teachers and school administrators concerning professional learning community at Mueang Samut Prakan. The samples were large schools in Mueang Samut Prakan. The researcher used a simple random sampling method, using school as the random sampling unit was Anuban watphichaisongkhram School. The research instruments were questionnaires. The research results were found as follows: 1) the level of success factors in leadership, organizational atmosphere and the organizational structure of teachers and school administrators at Mueang Samut Prakan were high in overall. 2) The level of perfomance of teachers and school administrators concerning professional learning community at Mueang Samut Prakan were high in overall. And 3) Success factors that affect the perfomance of teachers and school administrators concerning professional learning community at Mueang Samut Prakan were leadership, organizational atmosphere and the organizational structure the multiple correlation coefficient of standard variable and predictive variable was .858, the prediction power level of 73.60 %, and the predictive error was .227, had significant at .05 levels. The regression equations in raw scores and standard score were
