Abstract
The purpose of this research article were : 1) To study the leadership in the digital age of school administrators in the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office. 2) To compare the opinions of school administrators and teachers on leadership in the digital age. of administrators of educational institutions in the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office, classified by work experience and size of educational institutions 3) To study guidelines for the development of leadership in the digital age of educational institution administrators, Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office.The results of the research found that 1) the level of leadership in the digital age of school administrators in the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office The overall picture is at a high level. 2) Results of comparing opinions on leadership in the digital age of administrators of educational institutions under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Categorized according to the work experience variable, overall, it was found to be significantly different at the .05 level, and classified according to the variable size of the educational institution, overall, it was found to be statistically significantly different at the .01 level. 3 ) Suggestions for developing leadership in the digital age of school administrators under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that school administrators should be aware of the need to use digital technology. Promote the use of digital technology by creating a culture and working atmosphere in educational institutions. Provide a professional learning environment and digital technology media for learners. Improving and developing information systems to be accessible and put it to good use for convenience and speed Create and develop digital leaders Increase the capacity of specialized digital technology practitioners to prepare teachers, personnel, and students to be digital citizens who will drive educational development.
