Abstract
The researcher aimed to study the competency of educational institution administrators; study the academic excellence of the students; and to study ways to develop executive competencies that affect students' academic excellence. Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat. The results from the study revealed that: First, Aompetency of educational institution administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat. Overall and each aspect is at a high level. They are arranged in the following such as Morality, Ethics, and Code of Ethics. There are: Educational Institution Administration, Quality Assurance, Teaching curriculum, Student affairs and activities, Academic leadership and professional development. The second, Academic excellence of students under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat. Overall and each aspect is at a high level. In order as follows: Academic Achievement, External Quality Assurance, Basic National Educational Test and international standard schools. The third, Competency of educational institution administrators has the highest relationship with being Academic excellence of Learner is Academic leadership. It is at a high level. Statistically significant at the .01 level.
