LEARNING MANAGEMENT BY USING THE PRACTICAL SKILL TEACHING MODEL IN HARROW COOPERATED WITH MULTIMEDIA, INFLUENCING THE PRACTICAL SKILLS IN PREPARING SNACKS AND BEVERAGES FOR GRADE 9 STUDENTS.

Abstract

The objective of this research is first, to compare the practical skills in preparing snacks and beverages in the post-test of learning management with the percentage criteria at 80. Second, to study the satisfaction in learning management by using the practical skill teaching model in Harrow cooperated with multimedia.  The sampling group is Grade 9 students, Thai Mueang Wittaya School, the 2^nd semester, Academic 2023. A total of 1 classroom, which is classroom 3/5, the total room of 34 students. This sampling group was obtained by cluster sampling.  The instrument of this research consists of learning management, practical skill tests, and satisfaction questionnaires. Data were analyzed using percentages, mean, standard deviations, and t-test-dependent.

          The results showed that, first, the practical skills in preparing snacks and beverages of Grade 9 students, after implementing Harrow's practical skills teaching model combined with multimedia, were significantly higher than the 80 percent standard, with statistical significance at 0.1. Second, satisfaction with the learning management using Harrow's practical skills teaching model combined with multimedia positively influenced the students' practical skills in preparing snacks and beverages. Overall, students were highly satisfied, with an average score of 4.68.
