“KALASIN MODEL” STRATEGIES FOR ENHANCING COMPETITIVENESS: A PILOT PROJECT STUDY AT STATE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUBDIVISION, KALASIN OFFICE OF PROVINCIAL TREASURY

Abstract

This research aimed to : 1) study the external and internal environment that affects the design of Strategies for Enhancing Competitiveness of State Property Management Subdivision, Kalasin Office of Provincial Treasury. 2)  analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and Threats that affect to create Strategies for Enhancing Competitiveness of State Property Management Subdivision, Kalasin Office of Provincial Treasury. 3) make Strategies for Enhancing Competitiveness of State Property Management Subdivision, Kalasin Office of Provincial Treasury. The weakness of the organization is the lack of unity among the officials and operations that are prescribed by many regulations and laws and are difficult to understand. There are also too few officials. For the opportunities for the organization are when other people or agencies that come in contact to request services cooperate well and officials also receive morale from the government as additional benefits in addition to their salary. The organizational Threats is that operations are determined by many regulations and laws and are difficult to understand and the imbalance between the workload that officers receive due to there are also too few officials. and 3) Determining Strategies for Enhancing Competitiveness, including SO, Strategy : Providing services with speed and manage resources fairly for maximum efficiency. WO Strategy : Enhancing operational knowledge from expert and reduce the workload of authorities. ST Strategy : Providing services with modern technology, fast and consistent with receiving service. WT Strategy : Raising the level of knowledge and understanding for receiving services to a higher standard for speed in receiving services. Improvement Strategy : Promoting recreational activities to increase communication channels within the agency in all forms.
