STATE OF SCHOOL-BASED MANAGEMENT IN THE PAIMARY SCHOOL IN AMNATCFROEN PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the management states using schools as the basis of affiliated schools under the jurisdiction of the Amnatcharoen Primary Education Area Office, 2) to compare the opinions of school administrators and teachers towards management using schools as the basis of affiliated schools under the jurisdiction of the Amnatcharoen Primary Education Area Office, categorized by position, work experience, and school size, and (3) to study the guidelines for promoting management using schools as the basis of affiliated schools under the jurisdiction of the Amnatcharoen Primary Education Area Office. The research results found that 1.The overall management states using schools as the basis of affiliated schools under the jurisdiction  of the Amnatcharoen Primary Education Area Office are at a high level of operation 2.The comparison of management levels using schools as the basis of affiliated schools under the jurisdiction of the Amnatcharoen Primary Education Area Office, categorized by position, work experience, and school size, shows no significant differences 3. The guidelines for promoting management using schools as the basis of affiliated schools of the education office in the jurisdiction of Amnatcharoen Primary Education Area Office  suggest: (1) Principle of Power Distribution: Promote clear structuring of management tasks;(2) Principle of Participation: Provide opportunities for teachers, educational personnel, parents, communities, and representatives of various organizations to participate in educational management; (3) Principle of Delegating Educational Authority: Allow public involvement in the role of school committees in management; (4) Principle of Self-Management: Promote schools' authority and responsibility in (5) Principle of Monitoring and Evaluation: Encourage systematic monitoring and evaluation according to set timelines.
