Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the level of digital leadership among school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 and 2) compare the digital leadership of school administrators under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 classified by gender, educational level, work experience and school size.  The sample was 327 teachers under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5, academic year 2024. The sample size was determined from Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The proportion of the sample was determined by stratified random sampling by district and simple random sampling method. The research instrument was a five-scale rating questionnaire.The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The research results found as follows: 1) The overall and individual aspects of digital leadership among school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 were found to be at a high level. The aspects, ranked by average scores from highest to lowest, were digital knowledge, digital vision, digital communication, and digital collaboration networks. 2) The comparison of digital leadership among school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5, were different based on gender and education level without statistical significance. There was a difference when classified by the total work experience and size of the school, with a statistical significance of .05.
