LEGAL MEASURES FOR THE PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF NARCOTIC DRUGS IN EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS SECONDARY

Abstract
This research aimed to study legal measures in the prevention and suppression of narcotics in secondary schools. This research study is qualitative by studying concepts, theories, laws, documents, both foreign and Thai. The study found that from the government issued The Narcotics Code of 2021 was created to prevent and suppress those involved in drug abuse, as well as implementing a drug addict rehabilitation policy. But still it was unable to reduce the amount of drug use among students. Therefore, the government has a policy to prevent and solve the drug abuse of children and youth in educational institutions by focusing on building immunity for students to be good people. Not related to drugs and vices Be conscious and participate in the prevention, correction and surveillance of the drug epidemic. Narcotics Control Office Strategies for preventing and solving drug problems in educational institutions have been defined by target groups. Search for problems to fully understand the problem conditions. This makes it possible to set guidelines for operational activities that are appropriate to the problem conditions. but still unable to control drug problems Drug problems in students were found to be complicated by drugs and behavior.
