EXECUTIVE COMPETENCIES AFFECTING INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCEDURE OF CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER UNDER THE SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION IN CHACHOENGSAO PROVINCE

Abstract
The purposes of this research article were to study Competency level of Executive of child development center, Internal quality assurance procedure level of child development center, The level of relationship between Executive competencies with Internal quality assurance procedure of child development center and Study of Executive competencies affecting internal quality assurance procedure of child development center under the subdistrict administrative organization in Chachoengsao province. The research found that: 1)Executive competencies overall were high level, In order from most to least: Achievement-oriented, teamwork-oriented, management-oriented, and self-management-oriented. 2)internal quality assurance procedure of child development center overall was high, in order from most to least: In terms of monitoring the performance of educational institutions for development, in terms of preparing self-evaluation reports, and in terms of preparing educational development plans for educational institutions. 3)The relationship between Executive competencies with Internal quality assurance procedure of child development center has a moderate positive relationship. statistically significant level at the .01 4) Executive competencies self-management-oriented, teamwork-oriented, management-oriented, and Achievement-oriented affecting internal quality assurance procedure of child development center under the subdistrict administrative organization in Chachoengsao province statistically significant level at the .01. the predictive equation could be written in a standard score as follows: Z’Y = 431Z4 + .341Z3+ .194Z1 + .158Z2
