COMMUNICATION IN ONLINE CLASSES THAT PROMOTES EFFECTIVE LEARNING

Abstract
The research on “Communication in online classes that promotes effective learning” aims to 1) study the state of communication problems in online classes, 2) study the state of problems and needs of learners in online classes, and 3) study the effective communication patterns of online classes using mixed research methods, consisting of qualitative research methods. The researcher used in-depth interviews on the same topic, purposive sampling of 10 people, and quantitative research methods in a survey study with a multi-stage sampling of 400 people. The research instruments were questionnaires for analyzing and summarizing the results. Qualitative research helps to obtain answers and in-depth information, which will help confirm and enhance the credibility of the research results. Analysis and synthesis of data from essential topics: online classroom management, communication readiness, communication techniques, communication atmosphere, and communication efficiency. The overall research results of online classroom communication showed high satisfaction with communication (= 4.02). The results of the data analysis will help to understand the problems and needs of learners and develop a more compelling online teaching communication pattern.
