FACTORS AFFECTING THE EFFICINCY OF USING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN OPERATION OF CHAIYAPHUM PROVICIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION.

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the efficiency of information technology implementation in the operations of Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization, 2) study the factors affecting the efficiency of information technology implementation in the operations of Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization, and 3) study the guidelines for developing the efficiency of information technology implementation in the operations of Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization. The research found that. The factors affecting the efficiency of using technology and information in the operations of Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization in all aspects were found to be at a moderate level ( =3.08 S.D.=.28), ranked from most to least as follows: The decision-making aspect was at a moderate level ( =3.05 S.D.=.70), the support aspect was at a moderate level ( =3.04 S.D.=.40), the control aspect was at a moderate level ( =3.03 S.D.=.21), the planning aspect was at a moderate level ( =3.02 S.D.=.38), and the satisfaction aspect was at a moderate level ( =3.01 S.D.=.76). Factors affecting the efficiency of technology and information implementation in the operations of Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization, in all aspects, found that the planning aspect (X1), the control aspect (X2), and the support aspect (X4) had a coefficient of predictor in the raw score (b) equal to .655, .452, and .217.
