TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING THE INTERNAL SUPERVISION UNDER SAKAEO PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study 1) levels of the transformational leadership of the administrators 2) levels of the supervision within the educational institutions 3) the relationship between the transformational leadership of the administrators and the supervision within the educational institutions 4) the transformational leadership of the administrators affecting the supervision within the educational institutions. The research results were as follows: 1) The overall level of the transformational leadership of the administrators was high, with mean scores ranging from high to low in the following categories: intellectual stimulation, individual consideration, inspiration and ideological influence. 2) The overall level of the supervision within the educational institutions was high, with mean scores ranging from high to low in the following categories: media and instructional tools creation, instructional operations, studying of current conditions problems and needs, evaluation and reporting and supervision planning. 3) The transformational leadership of the administrators and the supervision within the educational institutions under Sakaeo primary educational service area office 2 had a strong positive correlation, with the statistical significance of .01. 4) Four terms of the transformational leadership of the administrators are ideological influence, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation and inspiration, with a statistical significance of .01. They could be used to predict at 99.60 %. It could be written in the predictive equation form of the standard score as follows: Z'Y = .362Z1 + .341Z4+ .326Z3 + .267Z2
