THE GUIDELINES OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEM FOR THE ENGLISH PROGRAM OF ANUBAN UTTARADIT SCHOOL

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current and desired conditions of Administrative System for the English Program of Anuban Uttaradit School 2) to study the guidelines for the management of Administrative System for the English Program of Anuban Uttaradit School. 3) To evaluate the guidelines of an administrative system for the English program of Anuban Uttaradit School. The research finding was as follows. 1. The current and desired conditions of Administrative System for the English Program of Anuban Uttaradit School. When considering to each aspect, sort by the high PNI_modified to low was as follows: The average of the current academic management was 3.98, while the desired average for academic management was 4.79 and the PNI_modified value was 0.170. The average of the current budget management was 3.93, while the desired average for budget management was 4.71 and the PNI_modified value was 0.167. The average of the current budget management was 3.98, while the desired average for personnel management was 4.76 and the PNI_modified value was 0.163 and the last was the average of the current general management was 4.01, while the desired average for personnel management was 4.77 and the PNI_modified value was 0.160. 2. The guidelines for the management of Administrative System for the English Program of Anuban Uttaradit School found in 4 dimensions of manage in academic management, personnel management, budget management and general management. 3. The evaluation of the guidelines for the Administrative System for the English Program of Anuban Uttaradit School, based on the average suitable rating, was 4.65, the highest, while the average possible rating was 4.35.
