EDUCATIONAL QUALITY DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM IN SMALL SCHOOLS IN SISAKET PROVINCE

Abstract
Research on the development of educational quality in small schools in Sisaket Province aimed to study the current status and problems of the educational quality development system in small schools, develop the educational quality development system in small schools, and evaluate the educational quality development system in small schools. It was found that: 1. The results of the study of the current status of educational quality development in small schools in Sisaket Province have an operating system according to the framework and scope of education management of the Office of the Basic Education Commission. However, there may be budget limitations and the implementation of the curriculum is difficult. The problems of educational quality development in small schools, analyzed and synthesized from the structured interview forms and data recording forms, found that the academic achievement of students in some small schools in Sisaket Province is quite low. And in the past, the development of educational quality was based on the potential, ability, personality, ideas and personal aptitude of the school director. 2. The results of the system development found that the system for developing the quality of education in small schools in Sisaket Province consisted of the following components: 1) Stakeholders include school administrators, teachers, parents, community organizations, local administrative organizations, alumni, monks or religious representatives, local scholars, students, and school committees. 2) The process of developing the quality of education in small schools in Sisaket Province consists of studying the current conditions and problems, planning, and approaches that can be used to improve the quality of education, including (1) the use of educational technology, (2) developing teacher potential, (3) improving teaching and learning, (4) promoting community participation, (5) efficient resource management, and (6) creating a good learning atmosphere. 3. The results of the evaluation of the system for developing the quality of education in small schools from experts showed that overall, the opinions on the success and completeness of the system were at the highest level.
