A MODEL FOR DEVELOPING DIGITAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE IN THE LOWER NORTHEASTERN REGION 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to study the digital leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office in the Lower Northeastern Region 1 2) create a model for developing the digital leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office in the Lower Northeastern Region 1 3) examine the feasibility and usefulness of a model for developing the digital leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office in the Lower Northeastern Region 1, the researcher conducted the research according to the following objectives: 1) study the digital leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office in the Lower Northeastern Region 1. The samples were 148 school administrators. The samples were obtained by stratified random sampling based on district and school size. The instrument was questionnaire based on content validity index between 0.80-1.00 and confidence values 0.98. Data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. 2) create model for developing the digital leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office in the Lower Northeastern Region 1 by the results from section 1 were mainly used in developing the model and organizing a focus group discussion by 7 experts to consider the suitability of the draft along with assessing the suitability of the model. 3) Evaluate the feasibility and usefulness of model for developing the digital leadership of school administrators. The Samples were school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office in the Lower Northeastern Region 1 inspectorate by purposive sampling of 50 people. The instrument were feasibility and usefulness assessment form.
