ROLES OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING TEACHERS TEAMWORK IN SCHOOL UNDER YASOTHON PRIMARY EDUCATION SEVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

This study aimed 1. to study the level of performance in the role of school administrators, to study the level of teachers' teamwork, and to study the role of school administrators affecting teachers' teamwork. The sample consisted of school administrators and teachers under the Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, totaling 332 people, divided into 35 school administrators and 300 teachers. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie & Morgan table (Bunchom Srisa-ard. 2013: 42–44). The sample was obtained by stratified random sampling according to the size of the school. The sample was selected by drawing lots The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed through percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, correlation coefficient, and regression equations to predict variables by the stepwise method. The research findings were as follows; 1) Overall fulfillment of the role of school administrators is at a high level. 2) Teachers' teamwork. Overall and each aspect is at a high level and 3) the relationship between the role of school administrators and the teamwork of teachers in the school is at a high level. 4) The role of school administrators the role of an expert (X2) the role of a promoter (X4) the role of a decision maker (X6) and the role of a supervisor (X3) predicted the variance of teachers' teamwork at 37.00 % with statistical significance at the .01 level.
