Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the current status, desired status, and needs of professional learning communities of the district learning promotion centers under the Office of the Provincial Learning Promotion, Buriram Province, and 2) study the guidelines for developing professional learning communities of the district learning promotion centers under the Office of the Provincial Learning Promotion, Buriram Province. The results of the research found that. 1. The current conditions and needs of professional learning communities in district learning promotion centers in Buriram Province had an average of high (3.52), with the highest score being: “Teamwork” (3.57) and the lowest was “Shared Vision” (3.45), while the desired condition had the highest mean (4.53), with the highest score being “Learning and Professional Development” (4.57) and the lowest being “Teamwork” (4.53), indicating the need for professional development and building a stronger community for the future. 2. Guidelines for the development of professional learning communities of the district learning promotion centers under the Office of the Provincial Learning Promotion of Buriram, totaling 18 guidelines.
