SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE APPROACH IN THE DIGITAL DISRUPTION ERA FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE NONTHABURI

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the state of school administration in the era of Digital Disruption of school administrators 2) compare the state of school administration in the era of Digital Disruption of school administrators classified by size and experience 3) present guidelines for school administration in the era of Digital Disruption of school administrators, Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, classified by size and experience. The research results found that 1) The state of school administration in the era of Digital Disruption of school administrators, Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, overall, was at a high level. It was found that the administration in all 4 aspects, namely budget administration, academic administration, personnel administration, and general administration, were at a high level in all aspects. 2) The results of the comparison of the state of school administration in the era of Digital Disruption of school administrators, Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, classified by school size, found that overall, there were significant differences at the statistical level of .05, which was in accordance with the hypothesis. And the results of the comparison of the state of school administration in the era of Digital Disruption of school administrators Under the Office of Nonthaburi Secondary Education Area, classified by experience, it was found that overall, there was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level, which was in line with the hypothesis. 3) Guidelines for school administration in the Digital Disruption era of school administrators, Nonthaburi Secondary Education Area Office, administration in all 4 areas: Academic administration, there should be a media library, teaching plans for all subjects, there should be development of the use of innovative media and technology for education management, there should be an exchange of academic knowledge online in schools under the same and non-affiliated schools, budget administration, personnel should be developed to have knowledge and understanding of the system used in budgeting work, so that they can practice and use the system effectively, summarize projects in the system and be auditable, personnel administration, teaching support personnel should be provided to perform administrative, financial and procurement duties by those with specialized expertise, administrators should develop personnel to have knowledge and use technology, media and innovation, general administration, there should be development of a high-speed internet system for use throughout the school, there should be a security system, CCTV cameras installed throughout the school and around the school, and technological equipment should be provided.
