DEVELOPMENT MODEL FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE STUDENT CARE AND SUPPORT SYSTEM IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICEAREA OFFICE IN THE NORTHEAST

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) study the conditions and management student care and support system of the primary education area office in the northeast, 2) To create a management model to promote the student care system of the office of the northeastern justice education area and 3) to assess the feasibility and usefulness of the management model to promote the student care system of the primary educational service area office in the northeastern region.The research findings exposed that: 1) The overall condition of the administration to promote the student care and support system according to the framework of the office of the basic education commission is at a high level. When examining individual aspects; it is at a high level in every aspect. The guidelines for administration to promote the student care and support system found that there were 5 aspects, 37 items 2). The administration model for promoting the student care and support system of the primary education area office in the northeastern region consists of 5 components: 2.1) principles and reasons, 2.2) objectives, 2.3) essentials, 2.4) guidelines for implementing the model and 2.5) conditions for success of the model. The results of the evaluation of the appropriateness of   the model were at the highest level. 3) The results of the evaluation of  the feasibility and usefulness of the management model to promote student care and support system of the primary education area office in the northeastern region were at the highest level.
