A STUDY OF CHARISMATIC LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the components of charismatic leadership of administrators. Document Research method was employed which was divided into 2 steps: Step 1. Studying documents related to concepts, theories, and research from 10 sources to synthesize the components. Step 2: Evaluate the components of charismatic leadership of school administrators according to the framework synthesized from documents by 5 experts. The research tools were a document synthesis form and a set of 5-level rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results found that there are 4 components of charismatic leadership of school administrators: 1) communication ability, 2) vision, 3) courage, and 4) confidence. All components are appropriate at the highest level (= 4.8, S.D.= 0.25 )
