Abstract

Research on small schools' participatory educational resource management strategies. The objectives are to study the relationship of participation that affects the management of educational resources in small schools. The items with the highest mean opinions were participation in decision-making and participation in operations (ρ = 4.24), followed by participation in benefits (ρ = 4.23) and participation in evaluation (ρ = 4.19), respectively. 2) Opinions on the relationship of educational resource management in small schools were overall at a high level (ρ = 4.24). When considering each item, it was found that opinions on the relationship of educational resource management in small schools were at a high level in every item. The item with the highest mean opinion was on building resource management (ρ = 4.29), followed by material resource management (ρ = 4.28), human resource management, and budget resource management (ρ = 4.20), respectively. 3) The correlation coefficient of opinions on the relationship of educational participation in small schools is as follows: Participation in decision-making (X1) has a positive relationship with participation in work performance, with a statistical significance at the .01 level, with a high level of relationship (rxy = 0.764). Participation in benefits (X3) has a positive relationship with participation in decision-making, with a statistical significance at the .01 level, with a high level of relationship (rxy = 0.609).
