SCHOOL MANAGEMENT TO SCHOOL EXCELLENCE SPORTS OF SPORT SCHOOLS IN THE NORTHEAST UNDER THE NATIONAL SPORTS UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The purposes of this research are to 1) study educational administration towards excellence of sports schools in the northeastern region under the National Sports University. 2) To study guidelines for developing educational administration towards excellence in sports schools in the northeastern region under the National Sports University. Sample group in this research Including administrators, teaching personnel and sports coach of the Northeastern Sports School Under the jurisdiction of the National Sports University Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Sports School Khon Kaen Sports School Sisaket Provincial Sports School, a total of 92 people. Tools used in the research include questionnaires, interviews. Statistics used in data analysis include mean, percentage, standard deviation.The results of the research found that. 1) the level of educational institution administration towards excellence in sports schools in the Northeastern region Under the National Sports University The overall level is at a high level. 2)Guidelines for developing educational administration towards excellence of sports schools in the Northeast under the National Sports University. It was found that planning means participating in the preparation of plans. There should be an operational plan and a report on the results of operations according to the plan on a continuous basis. Organizational leadership means that there should be a practical management process. That requires leadership abilities. Communicate in a friendly way Work as a team and make quick, thoughtful decisions. Create motivation for work in order to achieve the objectives set out Working together as a team and making careful decisions. Organization: There should be a clear and appropriate management structure. Personnel responsible for work should be assigned to different departments. Arrange personnel to suit the work. There should be integration and creation of a network of cooperation with sports related agencies. Control is that there should be a reporting system organized in order to obtain various information and performance results at every step, monitoring and evaluating performance. Perform.
