INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN LIGNITE NETWORK GROUP 2, LAMPANG PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

This research aims to study leadership and approaches for developing information technology leadership among school administrators in the Lignite 2 network under the jurisdiction of the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research design was mixed. The population studied was 80 school administrators and teachers, and the target group was 5 experts. The research instruments were a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.98 and an interview form. Data were analyzed by finding frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.The research results found that. information technology leadership among school administrators in the Lignite 2 network under the jurisdiction of the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Overall, it is at a high level.Guidelines for developing IT leadership of school administrators found thatSchool administrators must be good examples in developing technology ethically. They should develop IT skills to use in school management. They should have a vision to use technology to improve the quality of education. They should have knowledge of software and platforms that help manage schools and support learning. They should support online platforms for teachers. They should be examples in using technology in management and internal communication to inspire and motivate school personnel to see the benefits of using ICT.
