ONLINE LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN THE DIGITAL AGE OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE PROVINCIAL OFFICE OF LEARNING PROMOTION IN PHANG NGA

Abstract

This research aims to study the status, problems and development guidelines for Online Learning Management in the Digital Age of Schools under the Provincial Office of Learning Promotion in Phang Nga The research model is a mixed-methods research. The population includes school administrators, teachers and educational personnel in educational institutions in the academic year 2024, totaling 69 people, and 9 qualified interviewers who were specifically selected. The tools used are questionnaires with a reliability of 0.97 and interview forms. Data are analyzed using the mean, standard deviation and content analysis.The research results found that: 1) The overall condition of online learning management in the digital age is at a high level. 2) Problems in online learning management in the digital age are: Assessment of learners' readiness in terms of equipment, internet, and communication with teachers; Assessment during learning to improve teaching and classify learners' understanding levels; Communication channels that allow teachers and learners to contact each other at all times, as well as selecting a system that is appropriate for learning. 3) Guidelines for developing online learning management in the digital age are: Promotion of creating diverse teaching media and using modern online tools to increase teaching efficiency; Promotion of measurement and assessment of learning outcomes before learning and measurement and assessment of learning outcomes during learning by introducing online examination systems; Development of subject content creation by designing it to be easy to understand and using multimedia
