Abstract
Human resource management in the digital age of educational institutions is the management of education to easily elevate learning outcomes to educational quality. Thailand 4.0 is the growth of humans to the utmost of their abilities, and that ability will lead to the full development of personnel, bring convenience, peace to society, and bring value and beauty to the world. The use of digital technology in human resource management is very necessary at present. This is to improve the work process and increase the efficiency of human resource work. And executives can use it to manage, plan, and make decisions in a comprehensive and interconnected manner in every dimension.
