Abstract
This article studies communication management process via Facebook, which involves a process requiring effective planning, execution, analysis, and improvement to meet the needs of target audiences and achieve the set objectives. In the digital age, where technological changes occur rapidly, organizations must adapt and use modern tools to ensure that communication is efficient and responsive to the needs of their target audiences swiftly. An effective communication management process on Facebook is essential to achieving these goals.
