THE GUIDELINES FOR IMPROVING INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCESS SYSTEM OF SCHOOL IN SRISAOWAPAK CLUSTERS UNDER THE OFFICE OF SARABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to identify and prioritize the needs and requirements for the guidelines for improving educational quality assurance process of school., and 2) to develop guidelines for improving educational quality assurance process of school. The quantitative educational population was school administrators, all teachers and educational personnel in the educational institutes Interdisciplinary Education were 102 people, and the qualitative educational informants were 5 experts who specialize in educational quality assurance operations. The research was divided into phases: analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNI modified matrix analysis, and group discussion. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1) What the school operates at is less than the highest actual level is the implementation of educational management development plans from the participation of personnel within educational institutions., and 2) Guidelines for developing the operation of the internal quality assurance system of educational institutions is to establish a learning community group about internal quality assurance work in educational institutions. In order to brainstorm ideas and realize the participation of personnel in educational institutions to recognize their roles and responsibilities. Build knowledge and understanding of work and self-awareness in order to strive for the same quality of education and have a mentoring system in the group.
