摘要

This study aims to provide theoretical support for business management practice and academic research by deeply exploring the impact of Lean Startup model on new product innovation performance in Chinese enterprises. The relationship between the degree of implementation of the Lean Startup model and new product innovation performance was systematically analyzed through the use of a mixed research method, combining quantitative questionnaires and qualitative in-depth interviews. The findings show that the depth of implementation of the Lean Startup model has a significant positive relationship with new product innovation performance, confirming the positive role of the Lean Startup model in promoting corporate innovation. Specifically, the model's emphasis on the principles of rapid iteration, real-time feedback, and minimum viable product helps firms adapt more quickly to market changes, reduces uncertainty, and improves the success rate of new products. The study also provides an in-depth explanation of the reasons for this positive relationship and offers practical suggestions for firms to improve their new product innovation performance. The contribution of the study is not only to enrich the theoretical framework in the field of innovation management, but also to provide strong support for firms to develop innovation strategies in the face of fierce competition and fast-changing business environments. However, this study also has some limitations, including the cross-sectional design and the limitation of the sample scope. Future research could adopt a more longitudinal design and expand the sample size in order to understand the impact mechanisms of the Lean Startup model more comprehensively.
