GUIDELINES ON DEVELOPMENT FOR QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ELDERLIES IN KUDPHUENG DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION OF SUWANNAKHUHA DISTRICT, NONGBUALAMPHU PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the quality of life for the elderlies, to compare the level on the quality of life by dividing on gender, category and the group of age and to find the guidelines on development of quality of life. The samples were 223 persons. The scopes of the concepts on the quality of life included 4 aspects such as the aspects of health, emotion ,social relation and environment. The results of findings were as follows: For overall of the level for the quality of life was in medium level. the highest level was on environment and the nexts were the aspects on emotion and social relation as respectively. But, the lowest level was on the aspect of health. The result of comparison on the level quality of life by dividing on gender, category and the group of age,there was founded that the gender was not different, But,the category and the group of ages were different and founded that the aspect of environment was different at statistical significant for.05 level. The guidelines on development of quality of life for the elderlies were as follows: There should on visiting house, performance of the car on service, providing the hotline for report the situation, and training volunteers on services. The services on information and various ways, performance for the role, the fund for funeral, elderlies club, the places for relaxation and exercises.The committee for supervision of residences and environment on the hygiene.
