บทความวิจัยนี้จากโครงการวิจัยย่อยที่ 1 ของชุดโครงการวิจัยเรื่อง SNG: รูปแบบอวตารความปรกติเชื่อมต่อธรรมาภิบาลท้องถิ่นเพื่ออยู่ร่วมกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)) ของชุมชนในพื้นที่เขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) แสวงหาปัจจัยฐานราก DIY ธรรมาภิบาลนวัตกรรมภาครัฐเพื่ออยู่ร่วมกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)) ของชุมชนในพื้นที่เขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) สร้างรูปแบบ DIY ธรรมาภิบาลนวัตกรรมภาครัฐเพื่ออยู่ร่วมกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)) ของชุมชนในพื้นที่เขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร ผลการวิจัยได้รับการพัฒนาจากวิจัยอนาคตด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟายแนวทฤษฎีตามพื้นที่ ฉันทามติที่ได้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญภาครัฐและเอกชน จำนวน 17 คน ด้วยการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง และเกณฑ์ Macmillan (1971) รวมทั้ง Ivey & Ivey (2008) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและแบบสอบถาม รวมทั้งสถิติเชิงพรรณนา มัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัย DIY เกี่ยวข้องกับปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและศาสตร์พระราชาใน 3 หลักการทรงงาน คือ เข้าใจ เข้าถึง และพัฒนา เน้นทำความเข้าใจกับการใช้ชีวิต การเข้าถึง และพัฒนาไปสู่ความสำเร็จอย่างยั่งยืนธรรมาภิบาลนวัตกรรมภาครัฐเพื่ออยู่ร่วมกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)) ทั้งหมดนี้เป็นธรรมาภิบาลฐานรากเพื่อการสร้างเป็นรูปแบบ DIY ธรรมาภิบาลนวัตกรรมภาครัฐเพื่ออยู่ร่วมกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)) ของชุมชนในพื้นที่เขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร
