At the same time, there must be a crisis communication plan which is used to communicate with the public. This should be done through a sector which is appointed by the government to control the situation. And there should be an appointed spokesperson to deliver accurate information to the public through the mass media. The information must be useful to the audience and they can use information to make decisions or to follow properly. This may decrease panic in the public. The amount of information should be enough to encourage people in society to relieve their doubts and anxiety about the situation. In addition, effective crisis management and a press conference on the crisis situation that occurred need to be carried out at the same time because of good management will encourage any communication with the public to trust in the government sector. This will be a good result in managing the crisis situation to have the least impact on the public.
