กรอบความผิดและความบริสุทธิ์ที่สื่อวาง: การวิเคราะห์ข่าวอาชญากรรมไทยที่นำเสนอผู้ต้องสงสัยและผู้เกี่ยวข้องในคดี

การศึกษานี้มุ่งวิเคราะห์การนำเสนอผู้ต้องสงสัยและบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องในคดี ในข่าวอาชญากรรมไทยผ่านกลวิธีการวางกรอบข่าว และรูปแบบของการให้เหตุผล โดยอิงจากทฤษฎีการวางกรอบข่าว และทฤษฎีการให้เหตุผล การวิจัยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ตัวบทเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาข่าวอาชญากรรมจาก 2 คดี ในประเทศไทย ซึ่งเป็นคดีที่มีการประกอบสร้างความผิดและความบริสุทธิ์ ได้แก่ คดีแตงโม นิดา พัชรวีระพงษ์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้โดยสารบนเรือทั้ง 5 คน และคดีน้องชมพู่ อรวรรณ วงศ์ศรีชา ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลุงพล ไชย์พล วิภา ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยข่าวออนไลน์ที่เผยแพร่ภายในช่วง 90 วันแรกหลังเกิดเหตุ หรือหลังเป็นข่าวดัง ซึ่งเป็นช่วงที่คดียังไม่มีข้อสรุปทางกฎหมายที่ชัดเจน ข้อมูลถูกวิเคราะห์โดยใช้หมวดหมู่ที่กำหนดไว้จากทฤษฎีการวางกรอบข่าว และทฤษฎีการให้เหตุผล โดยมุ่งเน้นการวิเคราะห์ทั้งพาดหัวข่าวและเนื้อหาข่าวเชิงตัวบท
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าข่าวอาชญากรรมไทย 2 คดีนี้ มีการใช้กลวิธีการวางกรอบข่าว และรูปแบบการให้เหตุผลที่แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการสร้างความหมายเชิงสัญลักษณ์เกี่ยวกับความผิด และความบริสุทธิ์ ในคดีแตงโม พบการใช้กรอบการสันนิษฐานความผิด และกรอบความสงสัย ในขณะที่คดีลุงพลพบการใช้กรอบความเห็นใจ และกรอบความบริสุทธิ์ อย่างไรก็ตาม เนื้อข่าวที่มีการวิเคราะห์จากคดีเดียวกัน บ่งชี้ถึงกลวิธีในการวางกรอบข่าว และรูปแบบของการให้เหตุผลที่คล้ายกัน การศึกษานี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่าข่าวอาชญากรรมไม่ได้เป็นเพียงการรายงานข้อเท็จจริง แต่เป็นกระบวนการสร้างความหมายที่สามารถส่งผลต่อการรับรู้ของสาธารณชนเกี่ยวกับคดี ผู้ต้องสงสัย และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องในคดี การศึกษานี้มีส่วนสนับสนุนองค์ความรู้ในสาขานิเทศศาสตร์ โดยการแสดงให้เห็นว่ากลวิธีการวางกรอบข่าว และรูปแบบของการให้เหตุผลที่ใช้ในข่าวอาชญากรรมไทยนั้น สามารถส่งผลต่อความเข้าใจของสาธารณชนที่มีต่อคดี และมุมมองที่มีต่อผู้ที่ถูกพาดพิงในข่าว
