Nuper Rosarum Flores (Flowers of Roses, The Rose Blossoms) เป็นบทเพลงประเภทโมเท็ด (Motet) ที่ประพันธ์ขึ้นในยุคฟื้นฟูศิลปวิทยาการตอนต้น (Early Renaissance) โดยดูฟาอี (Guillaume Dufay, 1397-1474) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ขับร้องในวันอภิเษกอาสนวิหารแห่งเมืองฟลอเรนซ์ (Florence Cathedral) เมื่อวันที่ 25 มีนาคม ค.ศ.1436 ซึ่งมรสันตะปาปายูเจเนิสที่ 4 (Pope Eunenius IV) เป็นประธานในพิธี อาสนวิหารแห่งนี้ได้รับการขนานนามเพื่อถวายเกียรติแด่พระนางมารีย์ว่า Santa Maria de Fiore (St.Mary of the Flower = พระนางมารีย์แห่งมวลบุปผชาติ) ซึ่งเป็นท่ี่มาของชื่อบทเพลง Nuper Rosarum Flores อย่างไรก็ตามบทเพลงนี้มีชื่อเรียกอีกชื่อหนึ่งว่า "Il Duomo Motet (ภาษาอิตาเลียน คำว่า Duomo แปลว่า อาสนวิหาร)
