Rangsit Music Journal (RMJ), the first peer-reviewed music journal in Thailand, dedicated to the dissemination of original research papers, creative works, academic articles, and reviews in the field of music composition, music performance, musicology, music education, music technology, and other related music subjects. Our journal strives to advance the understanding and practice of music by providing a platform for researchers, musicians, composers, and academics to publish their findings and share their knowledge with the broader music community.

Changes to Article Processing Charges (APC) Effective 1 January 2027

The Rangsit Music Journal (RMJ) announces two changes to its Article Processing Charge (APC), effective for manuscripts submitted on or after 1 January 2027.

The APC will be charged only after the manuscript has been approved, revised, and formatted, and must be paid before the formal acceptance letter is issued. Submission and peer review remain free, with no fee for rejected manuscripts. The APC will be USD 325 or THB 10,000 per article, excluding transaction fees.

Manuscripts submitted before 1 January 2027 remain subject to the current APC terms. Full details will be available in the Author Guidelines. For inquiries, please contact the editorial office.
