Strategy to Win the Big Band Jazz Contest “Thailand Jazz Competition” of the Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University

This research is a qualitative research. Its objectives are: To study strategies for winning first prize in the Demonstration School Big Band Jazz Competition of Ramkhamhaeng University (Secondary School) and to study the results of the students participating. The research found that: The strategies used are (1) The Management planning strategies. (2) Budget strategy. (3) Personnel Strategy. (4) Building Strategy. (5) Strategies for measuring and evaluating results. (6) Music cognitive strategy. (7) Student care strategy. (8) Student selection strategies. (9) Strategies for building a reliable product. (10) Research and development strategies training. Results achieved with students participating (1) Students gain knowledge of jazz, skills, stage experience. (2) Take pride in their practice. (3) Students can take to it is a national work as evidence for continuing higher education.
