The Development of Computer-Assisted Instruction in title of Information and Using Technology on Science for Grade 5 Students

Abstract

This Article aimed to study (1) compare students’ information literacy skills before and after learning using a computer-assisted instruction (2) compare students’ learning achievement before and after learning using a computer-assisted instruction and (3) analyze the students’ satisfaction towards a computer-assisted instruction) the sample was in the experiment was 38 students studying in grade 5 students in the first semester of the academic year 2020 They was selected by randomized by cluster sampling. the instrument for collecting data was 1) 16 copies of plan By using a computer-assisted instruction for grade 5 students, 2) a 4-choice test on grade 5 students’ information literacy skills By using a computer-assisted instruction in a total of 20 items 3) a 4-choice test on grade 5 students’ learning achievement By using a computer-assisted instruction in a total of 30 items and 4) a 5-level rating scale questionnaire on student satisfaction a computer-assisted instruction for grade 5 students in a total of 10 items. Analysis data by Descriptive statistics and Content Analysis. The research results were found as follows; 1) The average students’ information literacy skills after learning with a computer-assisted instruction was 13.47 2) The students’ achievement after learning with a computer-assisted instruction was higher than that before learning with it at the level of .01 3) The overall of the students’ satisfaction towards a computer-assisted instruction was at the highest level.
