DEVELOPMENT TEACHING MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OF PROJECT - BASED LEARNING FOR ACADEMIC SCHOOL SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 20

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) to study the current status and the desirable states of the learning based on project-based learning for  academic  school  Secondary Educational Service Area 20   2) to develop the program for developing teacher by learning based on project-based learning  for  academic  school  Secondary Educational Service Area 20. The research study is a researching and development. Population of the research were 3,081 teachers that from administrators and teachers in Educational Institutions under Secondary Educational Service Area office 20 during the semester of the 2018. The samples of this research study were 354 people by the method of assigning proportion is divided into teachers; 185 teachers from extra-large school , 62 teachers from the large schools, 97 teachers from middle schools and 10 teachers from small schools all included 354 teachers.

The research study consists of 2 phases. The 1^st phase study on the current status and the desirable states of the learning based on Development teaching management program of Project-Based Learning for Academic school Secondary Educational Service Area office 20. The 2^nd phase to study the Development of teacher development programs for project-based learning for Academic school Secondary Educational Service Area 20. The research instrument was questionnaires. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation.

The results of the study were as follows:

1. The current status of the learning based on project-based learning management for Academic school Secondary Educational Service Area 20 in overall, at a low level. The desirable states of the learning based on project-based learning management for Academic school Secondary Educational Service Area 20 in overall, at the highest level.

      2. Program for developing teacher by learning based on project-based learning management for Academic school Secondary Educational Service Area 20 consists of 6 elements. The possibility of the program showed that it was appropriate at the level and had the highest level of possibility
