Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to select processed agricultural products according to Khao Pa Na Le identity, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, and 2) to study the wisdom, beliefs and storytelling of processed agricultural products according to the Khao Pa Na Le identity, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province to create value and added value. The research team conducted qualitative research by studying relevant documents, field visits, as well as interviews with relevant government agency and discussions among entrepreneurs. The researcher team selected purposive sampling which there are 4 selected products of processed agricultural products according to Khao Pa Na Le Identity, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. They consists of Khao zone product, Sago flour of Inkiri Subdistrict Phrom Khiri District. Pa zone product, honey body lotion of Pheungromsai Group, Khuan Krot Subdistrict, Thung Song District, Na zone product, catfish, Khuan Krang, Cha-Uat District, and Le zone product, sweet fish, Pak Phun Seafood Processing Group, Muang District. The researcher used content analysis and synthesis.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) In the context of the Khao Pa Na Le of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The research team collaborated with the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Community Development Office and community entrepreneurs to select processed agricultural products in each area. They consists of Khao zone product, Sago flour of Inkiri Subdistrict Phrom Khiri District. Pa zone product, honey body lotion of Pheungromsai Group, Khuan Krot Subdistrict, Thung Song District, Na zone product, catfish, Khuan Krang, Cha-Uat District, and Le zone product, sweet fish, Pak Phun Seafood Processing Group, Muang District. 2) The results of the study of wisdom, beliefs and storytelling of processed agricultural products according to their identity, Khao Pa Na Le, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province to create value and added value, it was found that Khao zone products, wisdom in processing from sago palms. It is a granular and powdered sago flour. There is a belief in spatial abundance that affects the quality of Sago trees lead the story of quality sago trees to sago flour product that have been through meticulous production processes. It can be processed into a variety of foods, both savory and sweet.
Pa zone product, there is the wisdom of natural honey beekeeping, preserving the quality of honey processing honey into a wide variety of products for consumption by faith linked to love at first sight. It is a flower that bees love to eat and create a story as a body lotion mixed with honey.
Na zone, there is the wisdom of cultivating catfish naturally and processing them into catfish. The story of the history and unique recipe of catfish. The taste that is sweet and salty accordingly does not harm health developed into a learning center of the sub-district under Sri Nuan Catfish Inter.
Le zone product, bring small fish that have no economic value to process to add value through the special recipe of the villagers. By the belief that fish in Pak Nam Pak Phun area has good taste, firm texture, sweet, leads to the story of sweet fish that is not hard. There are many types of fish to choose from and can be developed into other foods as well.
