LEARNING ORGANIZATION AND NEW NORMAL GUIDELINES OF SHOOLS UNDER PHRANAKHONSIAYUTTHAYA PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to identify: 1) level the learning organization of school under Phranakhonsiayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) level the new normal guidelines of school under Phranakhonsiayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 3) the relationship between the learning organization and new normal guidelines of school under Phranakhonsiayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples were 123 schools under Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The respondents in each school were a school administrator or an acting school administrator, and teachers, in the total of 246 persons. The instrument employed for data collection was a questionnaire about the learning organization based on Sange concept and new normal guidelines based on Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, reliability and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The research findings were as follows: 1) The learning organization of school under Phranakhonsiayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole and an individual were at a high level. The arithmetic mean ranking from maximum to minimum were as follows; 1.1) team learning 1.2) shared vision 1.3) mental models 1.4) systematic thinking 1.5) the personal mastery. 2) The new normal guidelines of school under Phranakhonsiayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole and an individual were at a highest level. The arithmetic mean ranking from maximum to minimum were as follows; 2.1) environmental health guidelines 2.2) guidelines for teachers 2.3) guidelines for administrators 2.4) guidelines for parents 2.5) guidelines for chef, food vendor and cleaning 2.6) guidelines for students. 3) The relationship between the learning organization and new normal guidelines of school under Phranakhonsiayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole were at .01 level of statistical significance.
