Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient.
The results of this study revealed that students had high level of listening motivation (mean, 4.25) and used metacognitive listening strategies at high level (mean, 3.61). When considering each group of listening strategies, it was founded that they used problem-solving strategies the most at high level (mean, 3.81). According to the correlation, listening motivation was related to person knowledge strategies (r = .210) at significant level of 0.05.
