A STUDY OF EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHERS' ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE EARLY CHILDHOOD WELL- BEING AND SAFETY IN THE ALPHA ERA

This research Objective was to study the dissemination of early childhood teachers that promote well- being and safety for early childhood in the Alpha era. 4 areas Including 1) knowledge and understanding about organizing activities 2) setting up the environment 3) Organizing activities that promote well- being and safety 4) Aspects of well- being and safety behavior assessment. The sample group used in this research were early childhood teachers under the Office of the Basic Education Commission Pathum Thani Province, Area 2, 120 people obtained from multi-stage random sampling. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of reliability equal to 0.87. The data was analyzed by finding percentages. The research results found that Early childhood teachers organize activities for early childhood teachers that promote well- being and safety for early childhood children. Environmental management Overall, it is at the highest level (M = 4.62, S.D. = 0.60). Organizing activities that promote health and safety Overall, it is at the highest level (M = 4.60, S.D. = 0.63). Observation and measurement of well - being and safety behavior Overall, it is at a high level (M = 4.20, S.D. = 1.08) and knowledge and understanding about organizing activities Overall, it was at a moderate level (M = 3.19, S.D. = 1.42) respectively.
