THE ENTHUSIASM IN WORKING EFFECTING THE SUCCESS IN THE WORK OF ACCOUNTANT OF THE COMPANY IN NONGBUALAMPHU

Abstract

This research aims to study enthusiasm and the success of the accounting firm in Nong Bua Lamphu and to compare the enthusiasm of the work of the company accountants. The sample group using in this research in order to collect data was the company accountant. The sample was derived from the use of Krejcie and Morgan tables from a total of 226 people using random sampling. The instruments used were statistic questionnaires used for data analysis, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.

       The results showed that the company accountant. There was a high level of opinion about work enthusiasm in work ( = 4.43). The highest mean was the attentiveness and work intent ( = 4.50). Immediately assigned tasks ( = 4.50) and education ( = 4.43) for feedback on the success of the work. Overall, the average score of the company accountants was at the high level ( = 4.35). The highest score was the standard and reliability ( = 4.42). (4.40) and the time of result = 4.32. When comparing the opinions about the enthusiasm of the accountant, divided by sex, education level, average net monthly income received, experience in accounting work, current job positions differed by the total and individual aspects. Comparing the opinions about the success of the work of accountants of different ages, there are opinions about the success in work; achieving goals standard and reliability timely results. And the satisfaction from the different stakeholders was the company accountant in Nong Bua Lamphu Province who were younger than 25 year old and were significantly more than the accountants aged 35-45 years at 0.05.
