DELVELOPTMENT THE AFTER TEACHING RECORD SYSTEM

Abstract

       The study project the after teaching record system for teachers in Buengkan Technical College the purposes was to creat the after teaching record system for teachers in Buengkan Technical College. And Satistaction assessment of teachers withe the after teaching record system in Buengkan Technical College.

Project  title the after teaching record  system  in Buengkan Technical College. Organizer divided into 2 steps as follows : 1) Creat the after teaching record system for teachers in Buengkan Technical College. The satisfaction assessment of teacher with the after teaching record system  in Buengkan Technical College. The research instrument was the after teaching  record  system in Buengkan Technical College. And satisfaction assessment of teacher the after teaching record system in Buengkan Technical College. The population was teacher 17 Person by purposive sampling. The duration of  the  study  was  academe year 2017. The  statistical  analysis used in  rechearch  percentage ,mean and standard deviation

       The results found that 1) the quality assessment of specialist with  the after teaching record system in Buengkan Technical College the average score was at level max ( = 3.90) 2) Satisfaction assessment of teacher with overview The level of satisfaction was highest   ( = 4.18) When considering each side, found that the side with the score was average score was accuracy and processing was at the level max ( = 4.28) Second  and formatting system overall satisfaction was at level max ( = 4.19) And Performance and benefits  was at level      ( = 4.19, S.D.= 0.82). And security in use was at level max ( = 4.16). And the side with the least average score was typical applications was at level max ( = 4.12).
