The Training Course Development of Learning Management Competency for Assistant Teacher in Collages under the Office of Vocational Commission Using Participatory Learning

Abstract

The aims of this research were 1) to develop the training course of learning management competency for assistant teacher in collages under the office of vocational commission using participatory learning 2) to evaluate the efficiency of the training course of learning management competency for assistant teacher in collages under the office of vocational commission using participatory learning and 3) to investigated the satisfactions of participants on the training course of learning management competency for assistant teacher in collages under the office of vocational commission using participatory learning. The sampling group were 30 assistant teacher of institute of vocational education: central region 1. The tools in this study were 1) teaching material for training course of learning management competency for assistant teacher in collages under the office of vocational commission using participatory learning which consists of 12 chapters 2)  the achievement test and 3) satisfaction survey form. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results showed that 1) the efficiency of teaching material for The Training Course Development of Learning Management Competency for Assistant Teacher in Collages under the Office of Vocational Commission Using Participatory Learning was 86.59/82.45 2) the achievement of participants after the training was higher than before training that significantly different at the statistical level of .05, the effectiveness index was 0.64 and 3) the satisfaction of participants on the training course were rated at the highest level
