Abstract

The objective of the study of the mango meat separating equipment were 1) to design and make the mango meat separating equipment 2) to find efficiency of the mango meat separating equipment 3) to study the satisfaction level of the mango meat separating equipment users. The results of experiment showed that the satisfaction level of 5 experts by designing of the mango meat separating equipment the mean was at 4.62. The standard deviation was at 0.46 was good at the level. The result of efficiency of mango meat separating form 10 kilograms of mangoes by grate size 9 millimeters to separate mango meat took 1 minute 12 seconds. The satisfaction of 20 users who used the mango meat separating equipment the mean was at 4.71. The Standard deviation was at 0.24 was good at the level.
